There is no setup fee and all accounts come with unlimited and unmetered everything else. We use cPanel for our online control panel to access your website's account, TCAdmin for our online gamehosting control panel, and PayPal to conduct payments and finances.

You start with 1 GB of webspace and 6 GB of monthly bandwidth transfer at only a dollar per month. If you wish to order more space or bandwidth based on the above rates, it is at your discretion to apply for however much you desire. If you have any questions, e-mail to support@hlrse.net. Ok, I would like to order hosting from BlueToast! What do I do?

Please send the following information to admin@hlrse.net through e-mail:

  1. First name
  2. Last name
  3. As much contact detail possible:
    • Primary e-mail address
    • Secondary e-mail address
    • AIM (AOL Instant Messenger)
    • Jabber / GMail Chat
    • ICQ

  4. The domain.com you want your account setup for*
    • Or the subdomain.hlrse.net (subdomain.bluetoast.org) you want to have; just replace the 'subdomain' part. We offer this for free if you do not have a domain.com.
  5. Hosted website account username**
  6. Amount of webspace or diskspace being ordered (default is 1 GB)
  7. Amount of monthly bandwidth transfer being ordered (default is 6 GB)
  8. PayPal account address
  9. Confirmation of whether or not you have already paid***

  • * If you would like to buy a domain name, we highly recommend NameCheap (click here).
  • ** This will be the username for your cPanel account and the main FTP account. Your username must not be greater than 8 characters or there will be a delay in the setup of your account.
  • *** If you want to speed up the setup and order process, you can send your payment of the correct amount to admin@hlrse.net through PayPal.

When Making a Payment

At the very beginning of every month you will receive an invoice with the calculated monthly fee to your hosted website account. This invoice must be paid within the first three days of the month; the invoice applies for that month (not the previous).

All payments are to be made through PayPal and sent to admin@hlrse.net.

If you own a domain.com and are ordering or have ordered webhosting for that domain, you must set that domain's DNS Nameservers to the following (IP addresses provided incase your domain provider requires them):

Byte Standard

Unlike most webhosts and providers, we advertise our quotas in proper terms of base-2 because that is the correct way to measure quantities of data on a computer. There are 1024 MegaBytes (MB) in 1 GigaByte (GB).

Account Closure and Shutdown

If you would like to close your account with us, please send an e-mail to admin@hlrse.net with the address of the PayPal account you are using to pay for your hosted accounts, and the accounts you are wanting to close.

If you are being shutdown for infringing or violating our Terms of Agreement (Acceptable Use Policy), you will be sent a notice and provided a 7-day grace period in which you may backup your account's content to your computer. Your account will be permanently deleted after the grace period, and refunds may or may not be given to violators.

Downtimes

We make no guarantee to provide a perfect 100% uptime, but will try to let you know ahead of time of any planned server maintenance and downtimes.

Privacy

We respect your privacy to the most ultimate degree and will not share or sell any sensitive information to anyone. However, your hosted website account may be subject to investigation if we become suspicious of any illegal activity occuring on your account.

Complaints

If you have any complaints over any part of our service, please contact us rather than to take immediate legal action or unnecessary action. We are willing to co-operate with you if you are willing to co-operate with us in order to solve problems and issues peacefully and smoothly.
