1. What must I have in order to make payments?
You must have a PayPal account in order to make payments to us.
2. I'm late on my payment. What do I do and what happens?
Your hosted website account will be suspended, and you are given a notice and a 7-day grace period in which you can either pay your invoice or backup your account to your computer before your account is permanently removed. If you need more time, please contact us.
3. When do I pay?
You must pay your invoices within the first three days of every new month for that new month.
4. Are there any other payment methods besides PayPal?
Unfortunately not.
5. How do I cancel my account and what happens when I do?
Contact us with your PayPal address, your hosted website account username, and primary e-mail address (please send this e-mail through that address as well). You will receive a full refund only if you request closure within the first three days of any month, and a 7-day grace period will be provided to allow you to backup your account to your computer before your account is permanently deleted.
6. How many customers do you have and how much do you make?
Unfortunately we cannot fully answer this question. At the least, we are a small (but profiting), stable company.
7. Why is shell access so expensive?
Shell access is discouraged as it is rarely necessary.
8. Why is unmetered bandwidth so expensive?
Unmetered bandwidth is generally very expensive. Our price for unmetered bandwidth depends on how much demand there is for it by our customers and partners.
9. Is tunneling, proxy, or IRC related material allowed through shell access?
No, please read our policies (click here).
